We savored absolutely perfect weather today at Island Ford. The birds were singing their little hearts out and the many dogs we encountered were well behaved. We hiked along at a decent clip before alighting on some river rocks to relax and watch the river flow. We witnessed a heron catching a big fish! A hearty welcome to new members Maggie, Darrell and Nathalie. And a warm thank you to all of you who joined me. Until next time!
