It was a soggy, damp morning, but that did not deter even one of our eleven attendees (including two brand new members). Our group worked on establishing a pollinator habitat in the area between the ramp leading up to the bridge over the railroad tracks and the path that leads to Lullwater. Additionally, there will be murals painted in the area. Half of our group did a fantasitc job clearing out shrub to create a clear view to one of the murals while the other half cleared out privet in the woods nearby. We are looking forward to seeing how this habitat develops. Awesome job by everyone. Welcome to our newbies: Laura and Peter (1st event) and Kirsten (her 4th event).
