It was a beautiful day for a hike at Panther Creek.  The water was at a high level in the creek and the waterfalls were beautiful. 

The goal for this hike was to explore and hopefully hike the rugged trail beyond the falls to the other end of the park.  We found that section of the trail to be narrow, eroded and blocked by fallen trees in some spots.  We  decided to turn back after about .6 miles due to these conditions.  The trail was treacherous, and we did not want to risk injuries to hikers.

The hike to the falls is always nice, but I don't recommend attempting the trail beyond the falls as an AOC hike.
