What a special hike this was, with three brand new AOC members! Welcome to the club, Nancy S., Patti B., and Gavin F. We hope you'll register for lots of hikes with us in the future!

This hike was a very peaceful one, with all the trails winding through the park. The trail surface is soft, and the lush tree canopy protects hikers from the sun.

Nine of us from the hike went to Tijuana Joe's in Sandy Springs for lunch after the hike. It's changed a lot since our former visits there, so we might be looking for a replacement restaurant in the future.

We hiked 2.1 miles in the park in 57 minutes. ~ Joyce
