We had a great group of 8 hikers at Bowmans Island this morning. We took all the big loops in reverse direction which made it seem like an all new hike.  We hiked 6.5 miles with a little of 500 feet of elevation in just over 2 hours 20 minutes. Our pace was about 2.75 miles an hour, which was a comfortable pace for everyone.

We welcomed Nancy S to her 2nd AOC hike. I hope she had a good enough time to join us for many more.
