we added a lil extra not knowing what happened since my phone died. But we got a soild 8 miles in tonight in 2hr. In true VCQS fashion we ran some of the killer uphills (and some of the downhills). But we leveled off and maintained a 4mph avg with a new AOC member - WELCOME Komphak! You got a proper sweat-soaked death march on our local trails...we'll c-ya next week :) Bring that WesternIPA :P cheers
