Another fine hike at Island Ford today! Though the weather called for a poor air alert today, the air was just fine where we were! The nice breeze we occasionally caught was most welcomed. It was great seeing the renegades as they gathered for their hike, and then we passed them on the trail!

The group stayed together well today, and I guess the pace wasn't too fast for them, because there was chatter all the way through the hike. It's a sound I love to hear.
