It was Teresa L.'s first centennial hike! The first 100 is always special for members, and Teresa was really happy to be celebrating hers today.

The hike was great today with cooler temperatures and less humidity than past days. We sweated a little, but nothing like we do on some really hot days.

Joyce was first up the warmup hill today!! Admittedly, it was Joyce B., and not Joyce T. - - but it at least was a Joyce! She did it without even breathing hard.

It was really nice to mix with the Renegades as we finished the warmup hill and headed to the Visitor Center parking lot. I think the groups would have talked for a very long time, but I finally had to say, "Let's go!" It was extra special to join the renegades after the hike at Samad's Meditteranean Grill, where we sat outside and enjoyed Dave P.'s playlist as we talked about all kinds of topics.
