We had a real fun hike at Jones Bridge this morning.  The weather cooperated and it did not rain during the hike. It was very humid, though. We had a couple of folks stuck in traffic, but they met us at the trail intersection when we passed back by the parking lot. We maintained a good pace of about 2.6 mph while covering 5.8 miles. We saw several deer, including two bucks and a spotted fawn. There were also a bunch of mushrooms along the trail. We enjoyed the cool breeze while we were by the river. There was lots of conversation and laughter going on so I think everyone had a good time. I know I did.
