Write Up:
A grouse erupted from the brush on the Freeman Trail as we hiked... a bit of wildlife excitement on this enjoyable trek up to Blood Mountain. The trail was beautiful as usual... and we observed very few fellow hikers. Sunny and hot up on top... we snacked, took in the view and the fresh air... and descended back to civilization! Another beautiful day outdoors
