We had perfect weather for our hike at Island Ford this morning.  It was sunny with temperatures in the 70's for almost all of the hike.  10 of us hiked 6.3 miles with 620 feet of elevation in 2 hours 19 minutes. We had no stragglers and were able to maintain at pretty consistent pace.

We welcomed Dalena to her very first AOC hike and she did a great job.  I hope it is the first of many.
