Well, we beat the lightening and the rain by minutes and we managed to get 7.5 miles, with 1,000+ feet of elevation gain in 2 hours and a few minutes. TWO NEW VCQS AOC'ers joined us tonight...great seeing Adel out there with us, and Ed joined me for our first event together....Thank you all for joining me..I really enjoyed the workout and NEEDED it too. Now to fix my motorcycle saddle so I can go beat myself up some more!
