Congratulations to Ed on reaching his first centennial milestone! It was a beautiful morning for the hike around the Kolb Farm Loop, and we were fortunate to have four newbies on the hike: Kailey (on her 4th event), Deb (on her 6th event), Tammy (on her 2nd event), and Stephen on his very first event. Welcome to all of you!

The hike was great. We hiked 5.5 miles and saw some deer, a big skeleton, and an unusual lightning strike spiral on a tree trunk (thanks to Allan's pointing it out).

The group seemed to appreciate the moderate pace, which allowed for a lot of conversations throughout the trek as we got to know our newest members. Hopefully, they'll all soon return for some more hiking fun.
