For various reasons, only Katie and I were able to do our Mason Mill trail run today. We feared we would be cold, but both ended up being overdressed for the temperature. We ran 6.2 miles at a 12:29 pace overall, with splits ranging from 11 to 16 minute pace. And we climbed 549 feet! It didn't seem like that much climbing when it is all broken up. All in all we had a very nice run in weather cold enough to keep us from ever feeling hot. It's great to have such good running trails intown!
