It was a wonderful hike at Medlock today.

We managed a 14.52 avergae pace (about 4 miles per hour) and this included our short stop at the waterfall.

It was simply wonderful to be with this crew of regular hikers and a big shout out to Caroline, who we hope will be part of the Medlock crew (as well as many other hikes!)

This is a marvelous way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
