Write Up:Well, we got very lucky with the weather this morning. Every weather outlet in town was predicting rain for most of our hike, but my old joints said otherwise. Sure enough, we had a slight drizzle for about the first mile of our hike at Mulberry Creek this morning, and then it stopped raining for the rest of the hike. We had most of the folks drop off this hike so we ended up with 5 hikers willing to brave the elements. This will teach you to never argue with my knees. We first checked out the creek and the water level was low enough for easy crossings, so we decided to stay on our first course. We had a very compatible group and hiked at a good pace considering all the mud and water. I messed up my Alltrails, but I think we went about 5.5 miles in 2:20. I think everybody had a good time all in all.
