It was a bit wet and a few places which were slippery.

But our crew had a wonderful time, seeing the waterfall at Lullwater quite full and finding a beautiful hawk perched comfortably and settled.

This special park invites a comfort so foundational- a sense of shared goodness and authentic conversation among some hikers who don't mind some mud and a bit of drizzle.
