We had a great turn-out today for the Amicalola Falls Loop Trail. We had a cohesive group of 10 hikers. The weather was dry (although a bit cloudy), and a tad cooler that expected. We kept a good even pace of about 2.67 miles/hour, hiked 10.5 miles with an elevation gain of 2,208 feet. Thanks to Lisa for her invaluable help and advice in planning the hike and driving the carpool group. Thank you, dear hikers, for your support and camaraderie on my first PTL hike!
