Write Up:
We had beautiful weather for this one...highs in the low 60s and lots of sun.  It turned out to good to start from Andrews Cove as there was some beautiful fall foliage from about 2000-2500' elevation.   So having that surround us as we started out definitely helped with the long climb up to Tray Mountain.   We enjoyed a long break at the top and then near the shelter, we had lunch and just relaxed and took a long break on the warm rock overlook.  Then headed to the "secret" overlook and back down.   We timed it to get back to the cars right around sunset and enjoyed the golden light on the fall colors as we descended....great group and a fun full day in the mountains.
