Write Up:
I was a bit worried about how the weather would shape up for our hike when I woke this morning. The skies were cloudy and it had rained the night before.

When we met at the trail at 10 a.m., it was cold and windy and we were all bundled up in our winter gear. However, about 10-15 minutes into the hike, the sun popped out & it turned out to be a great day for a hike. We all ended up shedding layers during our hike around Stone Mountain in order to keep cool. (Crazy unpredictable February weather in Georgia!)

Today's group consisted of both new and experienced AOC members & everyone was very friendly.

This was my solo hike & it was a pleasant experience.
