Write Up:Ten brave hikers started this chilly day with 41F and a wonderful schedule ahead. We climbed the trail past the old grave yard into the primary trail all the way to Sibley pond, to the old flour mill by Paper Mill Rd. When we were there I offered to extend the hike to see the old Paper Mill, where the Confederate money was printed. We crossed the bridge over Sope Creek -on the road- to see the old paper Mill. A must see! The day was sunny and the weather started to warm up as we warmed up ourselves quickly with the hike. Kelly Millar was inducted as a member with this as her first hike with AOC. We stopped in a few ocassions to regroup and completed the hike in a little over 2:30 hrs.
