Write Up:
It was a great day to be out hiking, and we enjoyed sharing this trail with several members that had not been to Yellow Mountain before.  All agreed it is a very nice trail.  Our one regret is that the wild flowers were not out yet.  Despite Ralph's throwing down the gauntlet by leaving his rain jacket in the car it did not rain, but I think we all appreciated the mainly overcast skies which made for very comfortable hiking.  We did have sun at the top and good views.

After the hike most of the group joined us at our favorite food joint in Clayton (Zeppelins) before returning to Atlanta.
