Write Up:
Joel promised to bring frozen margaritas to Gold Branch for us, but we had to settle for drinking just water and Gatorade on this 5th celebration hike of Cinco de Mayo.  Nereida was suffering from blisters, but she persevered and completed her fifth hike of the day.  Josh E. did all five as well! We kept a fast pace through almost 4 miles of trails, even taking a side trail that none of us had seen before.  It was a great finale for a perfect day of hiking.
