Hakeem did a terrific job co-leading the hike at East Palisades with me today.  He's going to make a fantastic full-fledged trip leader very soon!  Our group of 15 dwindled to 10 for the hike (I suspect because Lauren wasn't available and folks were insecure about getting lost by me), but the number was very comfortable.  We had two newbies to the club on the hike - - Jean and Anne.  We're so happy to have them with us in the AOC! It was great seeing Mary Katherine, John E. (with Tucker), Jack B.,  Richard M., Jessica C., Marshall M. (with Neubi), and Hakeem, too!
