Some hikes are just a little more special than others . . . and this one was a case in point.  19 members gathered to do an evening hike at East Palisades, and it was splendid!  The group kept a good pace, stayed together, engaged in great conversation, and even smiled for pictures! We took a vote to see who wanted to tackle the BAH (thank-you Mark!) and who wanted to take the easier route to the overlook and EVERYONE went for the challenge!  We had quite an eclectic group: a couple of newbies, several trip leaders, and many good friends to make this hike super-enjoyable.  Brandon, you get special recognition for running to find the group.  You will be a great addition to the club, and a challenger for the super-fit group.
