10+ beautiful miles on Cook's Trail and the Sandy Creek Nature Center trails, lunch at the Crow's Nest in Sandy Creek Park, a visit to the log cabin and brick works, and dinner at the China Star Buffet in Athens.  A Sunday doesn't get any better!
