A lovely afternoon at Gold Branch with some wonderful old friends and some terrific new ones.  The AOC is lucky to have two delightful newer members we all became acquainted with. (Or, as Lauren will admonish me, "with whom we all became acquainted.")  Welcome to the Matherlys, a super couple.  You're really have to meet Richard!  He's delightfully funny.  It was great to see Pepsi and Sunae, who haven't been hiking in a while.  Oh!  And the hike - - it was fantastic at a bit slower pace, allowing us time to group up for pictures and even see some turtles!
