We seven enjoyed the blue-sky almost fall-like summer evening to hike about 4 miles together.  Had fun fording the south fork of Peachtree Creek to enjoy the white-diamond-blazed Ira Melton loop trail in addition to my advertised Mason Mill to Medlock route.  We took the time to inspect up close several botanical delights including huge-leafed "devils' walking sticks" and giant tulip poplars & sycamores.  Afterward Melissa, Aaron, Tracey, Laura and I pigged out on the delicious pizza, salad & dessert buffet at nearby Cici's.  -Charlie
