Chad C. did a great job as co-lead - - his first on the way to becoming a Trip Leader.  Welcome to the Dark Side, Chad!  Determination paid off as we challenged the threat of rain this afternoon.  Nary a drop fell as we maintained a very brisk pace around the mountain.  We had to finish within 2 hours in order to meet folks for the hike up the mountain, and we did it with 10 minutes to spare.  We could have finished sooner . . . but oh, we had to get those photos taken along the way.  :-)  A great afternoon hike!
