We left at 12:12 pm (on the 12th of December) and got back to the Visitor's Center at 2:12, having covered 5.76 miles.  It was chilly, but perfect for a brisk hike. (Thanks for the gloves, Trena!) Easy parking and uncrowded trails - - a nice change for a change.
