What a comfy hike we had in our PJ's at Red Top Mountain this evening! The air was clear and crisp, the stars were shining brightly, the moon was nearly full - - a perfect evening to share a 7 mile, fast-paced trek on the Homestead Trail, the Sweetgum Trail and finally, the White Tail Trail. We worked up some powerful appetites, and all headed for the Cartersville I-Hop, where the waitresses were heartily amused by our bedroom attire. The pancakes, eggs, crepes, etc. went down mighty easily after our workout in the chilly night air.
