everyone for their support - from giving me a sip of water to wet bandannas to whomever lovingly put my hair up

i hope i haven't forgotten anyone

the kindness and care of the nurse and friend on the trail

i have two breaks on my right arm, a clean break at the wrist and a break at the elbow   i will see ortho tomorrow to find out if i need surgery on the elbow
