We took it fast and covered at least 4 of the really rigorous cross trails, giving us a great evening workout.  We stayed out almost 2 hours and covered around 5.5 miles.  A HUGE surprise was the white swan on Bull Sluice Lake - - making it a Swan Lake in every sense of the word.  A great group tonight - - and a great hike.
