We dodged the rain-bullet on Friday afternoon with a wonderful 2-hour (5.2 mile) hike at Island Ford.  The weather was actually cool, and the trails almost free of mud... and we had a great group!  Jackie B. was back after many months, and we welcomed two new members, both of whom have good potential for future Trip Leader status - - James M. and Joe.
