It was fast and furious as we tried to keep up with Libby for the 10k race . . .uh, hike. Even with a few stops, we finished the 6.2 miles in under 2 hours. There were lots of bikers on the trail and even a rat snake that slithered into the brush, but they did nothing to slow down our pace. Libby is training her peeps right - - no one was in the B group, though Eve pretended to be. There wasn't a dry spot on any of us as we returned to the parking lot. We loved it! ~ Joyce
