I tried to out-pace the group, but they stayed right with me for the entire fast-paced hike.  We covered 4.5 miles in 1 hour 45 minutes, going around the perimeter and 4 cross-trails.  The last ascent was on tired legs, but still, everyone kept up.  We did seem to run a squirred into the ground, though.  Poor thing just couldn't keep up with us.  (See the last photo.)  A great hike on a hot, humid morning.
