It was wet, but wonderful.  Our group of 8 dwindled to 4 before the hike, but we picked up two very friendly sisters on the trail who stayed with us, adding to our very social group.  Hopfully Cathleen (who lives in the area) will join the AOC;  Alessandra was visiting from California, so she is too far away to hike with us except on visits. :-(  We did a bit of exploration through the woods, which made for a nice little adventure.  It was fun!
