It was a pleasure to hike with such a great group of people today. It was wonderful to see our group hiked in close proximity of each other, and often to look back to make sure others are in close by. It was sunny, clear and wonderful weather for hike. We stoped at every clear area and enjoyed the sceneries. We saw Brasstown Bald after the first mile of our hikes, it apeared really far away. We started from Trackrock parking lot, visited Trackrock Gap the ancient Indian carvings (thanks to Jim Albert to show it to us), then we crossed the road where Arkaquah trail starts and hiked for 6.65 miles to Brastown Bald, where we had lunch and headed back the same rout.
