What a great day for hiking it was. Slightly cool before noon, which was just right to climb up the 600 stairs that lead us on top of the falls and then up the trail to conquer 'Frosty'! I can say, going up the stairs definitely adds a kick to that hike! We took a well deserved half hour rest at the Inn and enjoyed the sunshine in their very comfortable chairs on the deck.

For our hike back down to the Visitor's Center we were rewarded with that promised sunshine. Yeah! This was a great group of hikers. We stayed together and learned more about Aaron's beautiful trip to New Zealand. Unfortunately, we all did not bring our 'ties', so we were not allowed to go to the 'tie' restaurant for dinner. This time! (Insider joke)
