It was a great evening for our after-work hike at Vickery Creek. The mountain laurel is in full bloom, so the woods are filled with beautiful white blossoms. Divya kept up a good pace leading our group of 15, while Deb swept for her 3^rd and final co-lead training hike. The hike was uneventful – no deer, no snakes, just a few squirrels. But the conversation was lively and everyone had a great time working up a good sweat over the 5 and a half miles we covered.
