The ten of us who braved the forecast of 100% chance of rain were rewarded by a miraculous clearing of the weather and a gorgeous sunset stroll. We ambled along the eastside Beltline in groups of two and three, pausing to take in the new artwork that has been recently installed. At the end of the paved portion of the Beltline, we jagged left and then right to make our way through the Krog Street tunnel, then returned up the Beltline, again taking our time to admire the artwork as dusk settled. The clouds and changing colors in the sky provided a stunning show of their own. Alas, our first choice for dinner was closed for a private event, but our "plan B" turned out just fine: grilled fish tacos at half price!
