Two new members and a bunch of vets joined me on today's Island Ford hike.  We hesitatingly ventured onto the lollipop trail where last week we had several encounters with yellow jackets.  But the little wasps stayed well underground today  - - and for that, we were grateful!  Welcome to the AOC, Janet and Jackie!  ~ Joyce
