What a treat it was for us twenty AOC members who attended the Abernathy Arts Center talk by Jonah McDonald.  We comprised half the audience, and Jonah sold out his copies of Hiking Atlanta's Hidden Forests.  He had an appreciative audience who listened with rapt attention to his tales of hiking the AT (Southbound) and his more recent ventures along the local trails we AOC members know well.  Jonah's book, is a guide to intown and out of town hikes, including Stone Mountain, Kennesaw Mountain, Panola Mountain, Arabia Mountain, Chattahoochee River, Sweetwater Creek, Peachtree Creek, Yellow River Park, and more.
