A very large group to commemorate our first Island Ford hike of the year. We did it briskly, hitting 6 miles in under two hours. I'm so proud of the group for challenging themselves and getting stronger each week. Sixteen of us extended the morning with lunch at the North River Tavern. ~ Joyce
