We had spectacular weather for our six mile hike at Sope Creek.  This was despite a slightly delayed start, due to an overcrowded parking lot which required some of us to park down the road.  It seems everyone was out enjoying the sunny day! As usual, our group traveled through part of the Sope Creek area, including around the lake, before heading down into Cochran Shoals to get some hills into our workout before heading back.  

We had two new members who were on their first hike, Beth and Eileen (who somehow didn't show up on the final list and became our "bonus hiker" for the day). Welcome to the club ladies!
