Itinerary:

The hike is approximately 10 miles round trip with a moderate to fat burning hiking pace. We will start at the top of the falls at the trailhead.   We will turn onto the Len Foote Trail and hike to the Len Foote Hike Inn.  We will stop at the Inn for a quick 10 minute break.  We will continue back via the Len Foote route. We should be back in Atlanta early afternoon.

Plenty of water and snacks
Clothing appropriate for weather conditions

From the Park & Ride we will go north on Georgia 400 past the outlet Mall to GA 136. Left on 136 till GA 52. Right until the park entrance. We will gather at the Visitor Center parking lot near the entrance.

Carpool Cost: Estimated cost per vehicle for this event is $41.60 using a reimbursement rate guideline of $0.400 per mile. The total amount should be divided by the number of people in the vehicle, including the driver. This is a guideline, not a rule, for drivers but the cost should not be higher unless there are extenuating circumstances.
