Itinerary:

Ok with the hotter temps, we are starting these later in the evening, so it cools down a bit. We will have a good walk for about 75 min....pace will be leisurely to moderate and should cover about 3 3/4 miles. This is obviously more of a social hike than a fitness one, but you are still walking for over an hour and getting some fresh air and some exercise, and with good company too...a nice way to end the day.

There are a number of parking lots at the park, but we will meet in Lot A..the lot for the Lower Soccer Field. It is the first one on the right as you drive in, and you will see the signs. Then you will see the sign pictured above and that is where we basically begin the hike.
