Itinerary:

It is time to try a new trail for our Saturday Morning Energizing Hike!

With this in mind, let's hike the trails at West Palisades in Marietta. 

The West Palisades Unit of the Chattahoochee River is beautiful. The trail follows along the Chattahoochee River. There is a paved bridge that connect the Bob Callan Trail and Rotten Creek Trail to the West Palisades trail for a more urban view. Additionally, the views of the river, wildlife, creek and other views make this perfect for our energizing hike on Saturday morning!  

We will meet in the parking lot to begin our 3-mile hike at 8 am and plan to finish by 9 am. This is a gentle trail that is perfect for beginners and newcomers.

From I-75 North 

Take Exit 256, Mt. Paran Road. Left on Mt. Paran Road to U.S. 41 (Northside Parkway). Turn right on U.S. 41 for 1 mile cross the Chattahoochee and take an immediate right onto entrance road. 

From I-75 South 

Take Exit 256, Mt. Paran Road. Right on Mt. Paran Road to U.S. 41 (Northside Parkway). Turn right on U.S. 41 for 1 mile cross the Chattahoochee and take an immediate right onto entrance road.
