Many of you have come to know Jonah McDonald through his book, Hiking Atlanta's Hidden Forests.

Jonah McDonald

Jonah is a storyteller, outdoor guide and naturalist, and he is looking forward to sharing his passion for the flora, fauna, and history of Arabia with fellow hikers at this special FREE sunset event. The route he'll be taking is one of his favorites in all of Atlanta, the Mountain View Trail, which skirts the lakeshore at the mountain’s base. Participants will relax at the peak of Arabia and watch the sky light up with colors as the sun sets. Ranger Robby will be joining Jonah, making this event even more special.
