Itinerary:

This hike is for those people that make questionable decisions and think hiking in the cold rain sounds like a good time. Come splash around in the puddles and mud as we "enjoy" a hike up and down the various hills of East Palisades. The exact route we take will be decided upon as we go but will be around 6 miles in 2 hrs. This will be a harder D3 as I plan on taking some of the steeper rockier hills found in the park.

I intend on keeping a moving pace between 2.75 and 3.5 mph with limited stops to stay warm. That is to say the pace will be quick but not unreasonably fast, this will be especially true while it is still dark outside

WE WILL MEET AT THE WHITEWATER ENTRANCE! There is a $3 parking fee payable with cash.

Finally we will be leaving on time and you should be there a few minutes early. If you are late we will not be waiting and the nature of the event makes it very difficult for you to catch up or find us.
